Heavy legs

When the temperature soars, it can feel like you're dragging around two lumps of concrete (that puffy fluid build-up again). Fast fix. peppermint and menthol, effective weapons in Nature's armory for fighting heavy legs.

Six drops of drops of peppermint essential oil in a tepid foot bath work to lighten legs or look for herb-based creams and lotions to cool, soothe and restore -like Clarins' world-famous Energizing Emulsion for tired Legs, which puts the spring back in your step fast (thanks to toning and refreshing witch hazel and sage), or Decleor's Circulagel, which is strongly camphor-scented (but is the cosmetic equivalent of putting your legs in the fridge).

Carry spritz-on treatments with you for on-=the-move refreshment: The Body Shop's famous Refreshing Foot Spray. Decleor's Circulaspray and Crabtree & Evelyn's Aloe Vera Cooling Foot Spray work from the ankle up. And grab the chance to put your feet up whenever your schedule allow sit.
